Anyone heard about this?

In the events that I normally fish in. All livewells are checked before sign in. And they only weigh live fish. If you have to cheat you need another hobby.

I hear you there... "Get another Hobby"

These guys were arrested and accused according to other sources, but they haven't gotten to the bottom of it as far as I know at this time.
