Well gents: I plan on going out this Sat and Sunday and its going to be windy. I will give it the very first on-the-water work out. Weather man called for mid 50's each day so I wont be running very much Burrrrrr.

Nice clean installation... I wish I had one this past weekend... would have helped with Bed Fishing...

Well Butch, how did it go? Also wondering where the base is mounted to... in your picture it is hard to see, but it looks like it is attached to the jack plate, is that so?

Brendan; I have a 10" slidemaster JP, the bracket bolts right onto the JP. Power pole has several styles of brackets available, but they told me that slidemaster JP are the most easy mounting of all.

I use the remote 98% of the time (highly recommend this add on).
