2 stroke or 4 stroke

Post by 6.54BASS »

catt--You are right as far as I know, however someone might feel the need to correct us with their obviously superior knowlege. The reliability of the 4 stroke is greater due to the things you mention. I think we need to try and help eache other out with as much information as possible so that our friends here can make the best decision regarding their new purchases without, as JoeM puts it, flaming someone. I thank you for your input in this thread and hope Don can use it for his benefit. After all, thats what we are here for.

2 stroke or 4 stroke

Hi Guys- You all have been discussing this in excellent fashion.

Bear in mind, I'm no engine expert, so I will stay on the sidelines and take notes.

Keep this going. I'm sure there will be others joining you. However, with both B.A.S.S. and FLW tournaments stacked up in early 2003, a lot of the fellas may be travelling more than posting. (Also this is show and seminar time.)

Thanks to all of you. Much obliged. Joe

I would have to say go with the 4 stroke. The laws are coming close on banning 2 strokes.
