Contest rules clarification!!!

The cut off time for the updated lists on Saturday, February 20 is 11:59PM Pacific Standard Time. I have it wrong in the rules. I listed the time as 12:00pm PST and that's noon in California and the tourney anglers would still be fishing. Thanks to Geo for pointing that out. Good Call!
