how do I tie rubber worms rubber worms????

Hi I am 14 years old and i discovered bass fishing last year fishing for lake trout with a rapalla,but I know rubber worms are better but I cant figure out how to tie them weedless please help also a website with pictures would help? any help is good [email protected]
