chartreuse ?
My favorite color for stick worms is pearltreuse. I take a pearl colored Stik-O and dip it in chart worm dye. For tanin stained or pea soup colored water, it stands out as well as bubblegum. It's my go-to color for shallow or top water worming, along with pearl. For deeper water chartreuse/black or silver flake does the trick for me.

Next time you fish a Soft jerk Bait take a little chart. dye and dip the tail and then take a Q-Tip and dip it in some orange or red and add that to the belly of that bait. If its a watermelon jerk bait you can make it look like a perch.
If its craw worm you can do the same to the underside to make it look a little more realistic.
