Creature Baits

Okay guys, we've had a couple of years now to evaluate creature baits. Are they a passing trend or here to stay. How did they stack up against tradional soft plastics?

Well I got to say that a brush hog and baby brush hog are some really good baits that My brother and I have had some luck with on certain lakes but not all and I cant figure out why. But I keep throwing them anyway.

Must definately agree with the previous statements about the Brush Hog and Baby Brush Hog. I have been pretty succesful this season pitching and flipping the Baby Brush Hog and found that the Regular Brush Hog works exceptionally well on a Carolina Rig. My most productive color has been Green Pumpkin Red Flake. They have certainly won a place in my arsenal.
