career in fishing
I am about to graduate college in May with an Elect. Engineering degree. I was wondering if there are many jobs in the fishing industry for engineers(preferably near a large lake). The jobs don't have to be in engineering, anyone know of any good jobs open in the fishing industry.

Fish,
With your background in Electrical engineering I suggest contacting all-depth finder manufactures, with the new GPS technology and ever changing improvements in fish /depth finders there has to be some openings. Even major tackle companies like Berkley use engineers to test electrical sound waves produced underwater etc. Dan Galusha might be a good contact for you, he has the same background and works with Humminbird/Matrix depth finders. Find Dan at Bassin pro staff-Illinois, for e mail address. Hope this helps. Johnnie
