reel repair

i need a web sight that could help me in repairing a reel its a silverstar p.o.s.
just want it to work and i dont want to pay to get it repaird
the sping to close the reel face is out of place and i whould like some pictures to help me get it back in place

I was in there the other day and there was a guy who worked there named Dan that had some hardware (piercings), just thought I would ask to see if it might have been you.
