Got a problem. I want to purchase a strong, light action rod with a fast tip. There's only one outdoors outlet in this area which I don't trust,so BassPro is about 3 hour drive in my old truck. Have any of you fellas ordered over the internet? If so, can you point me in the right direction?

Hey Carl,I have ordered on line before but I would look for the product in stores then find it on line.Even if you don't trust the store near you dosen't mean you can't find what you like then find it ,well most of the time, cheaper online. You can also rest easy on the fact that online purchases are very secure as far as your personal info is concerned. So,Good luck!

Just to let people know, I found a shop in WA.that sells manufactured rods and customs. I ordered one from them and it is perfect at a reasonable price. I ordered one from basspro and it wasn't anything like I wanted.I'll be returning that one. Carl

Carl, drop me an email If you like for your next rod purchase. I can give you the URL address of a place just up the road from you and it is a great place to buy rods over the internet..

He has Manufactured and Custom rods for sale.. All come with Unconditional Lifetime Warranty!!! Your cost if broken in anyway and anytime is 20.50 for return shipping... That's it.. You can give them a look over, very nice rods at a very good price... He has just what you are looking for... I have a boat full myself..

Table rock guy, thanks for responding. Who is the guy down the road? Tried to send you an email, but it didn't work. I think it's this site, since it's happen'd several times in the past. I ordered two rods, one from basspro, and another from a custom shop in WA. The one from basspro is a peace of junk, and I will be returning it, the other is perfect, but I didn't specify the handle length so they sent me a short one, about the size of a baitcasting pistol grip. So I'd like a name to see if he can put a longer handle on it. Thanks, Carl

All are very light weight and very sensitive.
