Very good information, there are still some knots I can't tie, especially during a tournament when I'm in a hurry and nervous! I mostly use the improved clinch knot, but really need to try the Palomar knot. Thanks for the info. Johnnie

Thanks for the resource. I had no idea there were so many knots. There's been many a day when I thought a leader would improve my bites, but I don't trust the knot (double uni)since it is the weakest point. Plus it's a pain to tie while on the water. Carl

I was checking out the site, and found a knot that I had heard of but never tied, the blood knot. Looks alot easier than the double uni, thnaks for the tip. Carl

Your welcome , I was looking for the trilene knot and this came up under my search , I have never seen an animated site or one that made it this easy to learn

Thanks from me too-even an old dog can learn new tricks. I've been tying the same knot for 30 years, I need to try some new ones and teach my Grandson.
