This is one of those things that I have not tried yet either. I just wonder about this thing and how affective it could really be myself. I don't dought that it would catch fish I just don't know if I would use one or not. I have tried many new things out there but this is one I have not tried I dont know why just haven't I like to swim a jig and impart the action myself I guess it would be easier with this bait because the action is built in. I'm kinda like Jonnie I hate to just run out and get a new bait just because so and so said it caught fish but I have been hearing alot about them. Guess I'll have to break down and give it a try..
MMT I took a look at yours and I can see were yours would probably work better because you would get more action out of it..Good looking bait there bud.

Chatterbait
I'm going to try Craig's creation, kind of keep it in the family so to speak. I think it is a proven bait, but then again, NO bait works everywhere.
When the Flying Lure came out, I was one of the first anglers to field test the product. In my area it failed badly. In the gin clear, never fished Disney World ponds it worked great. That bait had to fall backward to be effective and fishing the dirty wood filled waters of the Mississippi river that technique just wouldn't work.
Now the Chatterbait and its off-spring may perform very well in my area. I'm anxious to try it.

Craig,
I would also be intrested in trying out your version of the chatterbait. As a fairly new angler I like trying new tackle out for myself. If you try to listen to what everyone else says you'll never get anywhere. Seems like for every article you read saying one thing there's two or three telling you somehing different. Kind of confusing so I learn on my own and keep an open mind. My email address is [email protected] if you can send me some info I'd appreciate it.

I used the chatterbait in blue/black and green pumpkin and had some success on it hear in New York. I like swimming a jig but the bait does everything for you. Criag, I did not know you marketed a form of chatterbait. When I need some more I will let you know.
