NE side of lake. Indian Springs and Belle Star areas, also Rolling Oaks cove.
Note; Winds reached 20 MPH from South at times. Rough ride
Clear to muddy water fished,
three hours in Longtown creek, no bites.
jerkbaits, suspending and floater, strike on pause with suspenders, slow 2-3-2 rhythm with long pause 5 Second plus
Silver, Black Back, Orange belly Rogues, 2 fish 2+ and 4+
Clown Husky Jerk (6") 3 fish, 1 ½ lbs to 2 +
“Senko” type baits, no bite
Blue-Black jig with pork, 1 fish, 3+,3 foot deep next to laydown, 10ft channel a few yards away.
Slow rolled spinnerbait, no bite.
Slow crank and pause suspending Bandit, white, splatter black back, 100 series, no bass, (nine crappie! in the well they went, and delicious they were too!) (Bait modified using SuspenDots)
Most bites came on shallow rocky flats with wood, near deeper water. One bite on protected rock point.
