Blue- That sounds like another excellent bass book. That is one that got by me. Brendan is going to come after me, because I'll bet it's on the list of available books on the home page.

I'll be on the lookout for it. Oh yes, and many Happy Birthday wishes from BassinUSA!

I just finished Tom Mann's book. I think it is called "Think like a fish". Not a bad read if you wanted to know every aspect of Tom's life. Absolutely no fishing info what so ever but I enjoyed his stories about the old days of bass fishing.

MMT- I too enjoyed the Tom Mann book mostly because I met him in the Classic at Cincinnati when our Bass Club was awarded Club-of-the-Year. He was a great guy to talk to. Norman Rockwell should have painted old Tom.

As you said, it covered a lot of the past that most folks don't remember. Mann's Bait Co. was one of the most creative in the 70's and 80's. His stories about Humminbird and "that other depthfinder maker" are priceless.
