A new and effective spring time bite

Post by bassin butch »

I like most over the years fished floating worms in the spring. On a recent outing I tryed a strike king floating worm (3X) in white. The worm was not any more impresive than other floating worms I have used. So I decided to try it wacky style, and a floating wacky set-up just did'nt trip my trigger as it just did'nt look right. So I put 1/16 water gremlin bulltet weight on the line (crimped) to bring it down. This was magic i'ts just enough to make the worm sink slightly but suspend. You can fish this rig as a motion-less bait or twitch a little. Bass have never seen anything like it and my results proved it. Give it a try.
