Frank Short arms part II

Post by MMT »

as of this mssg. I'm about 3 weeks away from a finished prototype. I like what I've pieced together so far. I shipped one out to a friend who is custom molding about 50 heads for me. I'll bend 'em myself. We'll have to get together to do a little R&D!

Sounds Good!!
We can swap diaper stories during the r&d. Sounds like Shelter Island is in the future. Talk to you soon.

I'm in the process of making a tool to do the bends. Pretty much a template with nails to pull the wire around. Shouldn't be too hard.

Lets see, Craig mentioned start up costs for mold development at about 20K, wire design and form fabrication somewhere in the 10K range. Listening to Brendan ask in politely...... Priceless!!!

Man, for someone who almost ended up fishing the Upper Mills during a "Forge Pond" tournament, you sure like to break 'em!

Keep it up and I'll get on the phone with the wife and let her know about your little trip to Niagra Falls...

(For those who were not there, just ignore this post, since it will not make any sense)
