Sonar and Structure fishing DVD

Post by Mjdel17 »

Hi everyone - I am a new poster and just found this site. I would like to pass some information on about a new Sonar-Structure fishing DVD I will have available now. I am a professional fisherman and seminar instructor and have created this DVD to include several parts including how sonar works, structure fishing, GPS and more. No matter what kind of sonar you have this DVD will help you out.

Thanks
Mike

Mike,

It sounds like a nice DVD and I am sure that many people will find it helpful. Perhaps you would like to send a copy to Bassin' USA to have reviewed by our ProStaff?

On another note, although your intentions seem sincere, we have a policy about posting message for the sole purpose of promoting and selling products. Normally this message would have been deleted immediately, but since you are new here and we have some common friends, this post will remain here until the end of business today so you have a chance to see this response. The link has been removed from your post for now.

Please feel free to send me an email directly if you would like to discuss this in more detail.

Thanks for understanding Mike…

Hey Brendan,

Sorry about that - I looked around for guidelines, but did not see anything about them. I understand and respect your position. Maybe I will send in copy for review. Thanks again and sorry for any problems.

Mike,

No problem, I know you have good intentions and the DVD is something that I am sure a lot of our visitors will be interested in. The notice is posted at the top of the main page for the boards, but believe me, you are not the first person to miss it. Lol!

Definitely send over a copy and I will have someone review it and we'll get a page set up to help you promote the DVD. Good luck with the new venture, I hope it brings you much success.

Happy Holidays,

Hey Mike. Brendan, Mike is a fantastic sonar guy. I did a lecture last year and followed his seminar on sonar. Very detailed and graphic. I learned more in 1 hour from him than I did in the previous 10yrs on my own. I don't normally plug things on the boards but if you have any questions on how to get every ounce of effectiveness out of your sonar, check out the video. Good idea about having a prostaff review. Happy Holiday's-Earthy!

I second that.

Mike does put on a heck of a seminar.

I would be interested in checking out the DVD myself.

Its about dang time someone puts a fishing show on DVD instead of VHS. I don't even have a VCR in my living room anymore. LOL

Sonar and Structure fishing DVD

I have ordered the sonar DVD and will give you a review after the first of the year when I get back to Missouri. I also just purchased a springtime Larry Nixon DVD and a Woo Daves structure fishing DVD. I will give you a review on those also. I have a question for you guys out there, does anyone know of a DVD of seasonal patterns or locating bass? I am looking for something very informative, I don't care to see someone catch bass after bass like the shows on tv without doing much explaining on how they found the spots they are fishing. I am looking for something that breaks down how and where to catch bass throughout the seasons.

Thanks,
Casey

Casey, BPS/Larry Nixon did some seasonal videos, I have all of them. I'm not sure if they are on DVD though.

Fish...

Infishermen has a few really informative videos out there. Check their catolog for seasonal bass patterning.
