red hooks

My Grandson has been using a blood red leader and tearing up the bluegill and panfish, he also uses the Bleeding red panfish Tru-Turn hooks. Could be something there for panfish anglers, and maybe bass too.

I have a few "blood" hooks, some for worms, a Ratt-L-Trap, and one on a spinnerbait, and I have had no luck what so ever with any of those. It just must be me, but my friend has had some luck with them.
