Question

Post by Brett Neffendorf »

I have a question. I was out bank fishing a good bass fishing lake today here in Central, OR. Not to many guys out but some guys were catching anywehre from 12-19 inch bass. We kept catch 8-12 inchers.... Nothing to big. We saw a few bigger ones maybe 18-20 inches. But we couldnt land any of them or get any of them to strike. We were using 4 inch tequilla sunrise colored rattlesnake worms. Any suggestions? Do they want a bigger worm? Maybe a spinner? Whats the deal? Thanks guys

sometimes when the bite is tough, I will actually go to a smaller bait. Also try a different approach. A lot of times they just want something different.

Smaller lures will work, as it is easier for them to bite, and also some bass are looking for slower retrives, or maybe a bigger worm or something. Just what i think would work..... Good luck
