hey im fixinto buy new reels, rods tackle box and im not sure of what to go with and i was wondering if yall could help me out.

That is something that is different for everyone. I use Shimano Curado's on Bass pro rods. I would like to get some better rods someday, though.

Rebltex,

Next time you are at the store, check out a couple of Pflueger reels. The Trion and President reels are amazing and the price is even better. I also use the Pflueger Trion rods and they are some of the best I have used. Once again, the price on these rods won't break the bank either.

Just determine which ones feel the most comfortable to you and go with them.

I agree with jerimiah i think pfleuger has the smoothest action of all the reels ive tried,tryout the PURIST if you want bang for the buck

Thats one of those questions that needs a bit more info.
You talking spinning gear, casting gear?
Whats the price range?
Theres a lot of really nice stuff out there, but it kind of depends on what yu are looking to get.

hey rebltex,you can always ask the people who work in your tackle shop what works for them and go from there!

my absolute favorite reels are quantum reels. they are smooth and you can get them in many differnet price ranges. the quantum im8 rods are great also. i wont use anything other than a quantum. just find your comfort and stick with it.
