I want to update my electronics on my boat. Looking to add GPS/DF for console and GPS/DF for front. What do you recommend? Kind of leaning towards putting a Lowrance 332C in both positions. Do you recommend GPS on the front too?

NC_Basser,

yes if you can afford it get it.. It really helps.. I will change over this year to the new Hummingbird 400C on the front and 900C series on the back with GPS on both..

It really helps when you can mark a spot on the front of the boat instead of the back, then you do not have to search for the spot when the Tmotor is down.. Worth ever penny you will spend!!!

NC_BASSER, Yes it is worth every pennie!!!

It allows you to mark thoses spots from the front, so that way you don't have to search for them when the tmotor is down..

This year I will use the new Hummingbird 400c with GPS on the front and a 900C series with GPS on the back.. It really makes finding your spot much more faster!!!
