Ever been duped into that catch- all lure?

Thanks for the tips on fishing the twin tail grubs bassin butch.
The ones I have are four inchers.
It was two years ago I first bought the Arkies. Fished with them many times never been bit. Maybe I've just had bad luck with them.
I think I'll give them a reprieve and try them out with some stand up jigheads. If they don't bear fruit this season I'll cut 'em down next year!!
I won't give up on the grubs.... fact is I've caught some of my best fish with them but been unable to connect with the Arkie.
Could be the lake I'm fishing and or the color and rigging. Who knows.
I suppose what miffed me about them was the hype on the bag when I bought them. I've fished with lures that have done really well that say nothing about how good they are on the bag.
Yamamoto and Roboworm are prime examples of no hype on the bag needed.
I'm sure the manufacturer of the Banjo swears by them too!!!
