Everybody almost forgot the most important part ...the picture ...so you can spot the product in your local tackle shops if they sell it! You know what they say: "A picture's worth a thousand words!"

Looks like this product might be worth testing-out by the Bassin' USA Prostaff team ...does anybody have any contact info to help get us in touch with the "right" people to get the product review in motion?

This product sounds interesting, but to tell the truth I'm not sure when the last time was that I cleaned a cork handle. In fact, I pulled out my old flippin' rod, to start using again this year, that was used in tournaments in the 1980's, and the handle is still good.

If I did clean them it would probably be with a little Dawn soap, and water. No, that isn't an ad for Dawn, I just learned a few years ago, while in Arkansas it is the best oil and grease fighter.

One of the older employees of the Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock, told me that anglers carry a bottle of this in their boats for oil and gasoline spills in the bilge. It will immediately react with the substants, and help eliminate the danger of a fire. They also use it on other greasy items, as I have done. Even makes a great soap for washing that dirty old sweat band on your favorite fishing cap.

I know, this is off the subject of cork handles, but it just lead into it. Anyway, it is another tip.

If I find out the contact for that company, I'll let you know. Johnnie Crain is pretty good at coming up with some of these off the wall items, so maybe he will find it.
