Table Rock Lake

Post by Don House »

Well after a hard weekend for some of us, here is what we learned...

Fishing on Table Rock is still alittle hard, I was only able to pick up one fish, although is was a very nice fish.

Sunday's SuperBass Team Tournament took 13.0 pounds to win, a big jump backwards fron last week were it took over 20 plus pounds..

Most fish are reported in the back of the river arms in the warmer water 50 - 55 degrees. These fish are changing on a daliy basis, one day Jigs and then next day wiggle warts, then stickbaits and so on. But those are the baits of choice right now. None of these are really is better then the other.

Main lake is running from 44-49 degrees, fish are slow and hard to find. Some main lake fish have been caught on grubs dropped down to them in 35-40 feet. There are alot of fishermen up the rivers fishing for Whites and also snagin for spoonbills so be careful when running and get ready to share some water.. My choice for this week and next would be to explore the Long Creek, White and the King rivers, these get pressure but not as much as James does. Well I will report again next week, till then Good Fishing

EAT SLEEP FISH
