Candlewood Lake

Fished Candlewood 5/7/04,from 9AM-7PM, water 58-62 degrees depending on location on lake,water clarity 2-3 ft,stained.Caught and released 36 bass,fairly even mix of smallies and largemouths.One SMB 3 1/2 lbs,had 3 others just under 3lbs,also had 4 solid LMB 3lbs ea.The balance of fish solid 1 1/2-2 lb fish.Fished Senkos,tubes and crankbaits.LMB 5-8 ft of water near docks with grass,smallies also 5-8 ft gravel banks with grass.Overall excellent first trip of the season.Brendan I'll see you at the meeting Thurs.
