Lake Toho. Kissimmee Fl.

I fished Lake Tohopekaliga by Kissimmee Fl. the last two sundays. The lake was heavy fished, lots of traffic as well as they have tour boats that run the lake. I caught 3 bass the first sunday and two the next. They were not great sized 2-3 lbs the first sunday and a 3 lb 2 oz and 10 inch bass the next.
I assume the small fish were due to the little beetle spin I was using with a panfish assasin tail. I started out with rubber worms and went to a rapala suspending minnow then I tried a rubber crawdad and even went to a arbogast jitterbug and finally the beetle spin thing. On both days the beetle spin produced when all else failed.
Got any ideas , I moved around a lot when things seemed slow and switched lures several times . I was thinking of shiners although I am not the biggest fan of live bait. I do have two live bait well things in my tracker targa boat. I know there are better fish in there.
I think its a lot to do with the traffic as most places had 2 boats in the area I wanted to be all day and both days. Neither day was great weather, cooler than normal with windy and choppy water.
