Water Temperature: 49
Water Clarity: 1 foot

This report is for Wednesday the 28th. I fished with 2 youngsters(17 and 18 years old) from Rogersville, Al. We started out at Mud Creek and fished all the major creeks above the Nuclear Plant. We caught fish at every stop. Our total for the day was 16 to 18 fish, most of them were 2 1/2 lbs to 3 lbs. with a couple around 4 lbs.Of course we lost a couple of very big fish (I think at least one of them was a Tenn. River Redfish[carp]).The fish are really moving up for the spawn and with some stable weather it is going to get even better. The fish are taking the traps very deep into their mouths and doing some damage to their gills. I recommend keeping a bottle of Rejuvenade in the boat to dose up the livewell. Let them swim in it for a while,it will save a lot of fish that would otherwise bleed too much to survive. If you want to go have some fun give me a call.Be Safe and God Bless, Jim Burks
