Fished in Hayward last week and smoked the smallies. Caught them up to 5LBS, average size was 3LBS. All fish were caught off the edges of rock bars in 6 to 15 feet of water.
Every bass caught on zoom speed craws by dragging them on the bottom.
This was a great time,if you get a chance try the Hayward area for yourself.
Green pumpkin was the color they loved!
