Tubes are by far my favorite bait, having won me more money than any other lure. Not utilizing it down on the ST. Johns River was perhaps one of my mistakes. MO, look forward to talking with you this week.

Hello Smbasser. Roland I started out using pork and have now gone to the plastic because of the cost and I catch just as many on them

Thanks Smbass I look forward to hearing from you. Yes tubes are a great bait I like useing them around the many docks that we have here. skipping them up under and letting it glide to the bottom is killer
Thanks,

Yeah..you haven't lived until you see Brendan fish Jigs in heavy cover. He's the king of the skippers and his strong side is his backhand!!! It's something to see.

IKA is a Yamamoto twin tail grub. MO, something you should try with tubes that many other anglers over look is casting it around vegetation on a 1/8 oz sinker, especially if there is current. It worked very well for me this year at the tidal rivers on the East Coast. Its great when the bite is tough

Speaking of skipping Im still having problems skipping jigs up under the docks any helpful hints the brendanc? I get frustrated and go back to flipping and pitching them. I know that there is places under those docks I cant get to and the fish are there. What do ya say?
Thanks,
Conley Staley
