That brings up another point (I hate playing the sales rep) but I know you guys are concerned with price... These rods retail at around $50.00 on average and quality wise, they are made as well if not better than most of the rods I've seen in the $80.00 - $100.00 range. I probably won't have them until the March meeting, but I'll try to remember and bring them down so you can check them out.

Brendan,I was going to buy the st croix you showed me last year but I guess i will wait to see what eagle claw rods you got And maybe order them through you.

The st croix rods you got are sweet the fast taper action you showed does make a difference.

Half the price And good rods being you are using them can't go wrong,what about a new jig n pig rod any new one's?

there made in MD,and are made with some kind of high strian multi-modulus baron/graphite/carbon composite blanks .
