Great Day Of Fishing

Post by johnnie crain outdoors »

Hi all, just reporting a great day of fishing my partner, Bill Park, and I had this week. We caught 28 bass weighing a total of 99# which averages out to about 3.50 per bass. It was a lot of fun. All catch and release with a 7#er being the best. We used Chatterbaits, Bass Pro Craws and Gambler Paddle Tail worms to make the catch. Also an 8# channel cat and two crappie. Hope you all have a good day soon. I love fall fishing!! Johnnie

Great Day Of Fishing

Great report Jonnie!

I went to the famous Lake Fork and fished the Big Bass Splash this weekend! Camped out for three days with my Father-in-Law, ate some great camp food and told and listen to a lot of stories.

Caught a 5lber, 6lber, and a over 7lber! They were all released since they were in the slot limit. It was very exciting though I did not cash a check. But any weekend that you can catch a 5, 6, and 7 pound bass, Camp out in the great outdoors and be with some great freinds and some new freinds, family is a great weekend.
Thanks,
