geting a club on the net

I sign up my club on the basin club page. I have been trying to get some body to to help me. Dose anybody know what I need to do. PLEASE HELP

All you have to do is go to the Bass guide site and click on Florida (Eastern states). Then click on the Sign up spot and all you have to do is fill in the information.
