Bass trix

Hey Nunz

You can rig them with either the Lake Fork Tackle Swimbait Hook or the Amistad Tackle Swimbait hook in 6/0 1/8 oz, if you can't find the 6/0 you can use the 5/0. Mustad also makes a version as well as Owner as they were the originals. Mustad changed there version and do not use the hitchhiker type holder anymore. I use the lightest weight possible because you can always use some lead wrap to make it heavier.

Some people prefer the Falcon Bait Jerker hooks. If you use this type of hook make sure to start the eye of the hook from the underside of the head(less tearing).

As far as tackle you can use Med Heavy Action Rod is fine, 15-20lb test. If your fish are line shy, go lightest possible.

Being weedless this bait is excellent to skip under docks, and to work along weedlines. You can let it flutter into holes and pockets. For me, I do best on a nice slow retrieve. As slow as possible...I haven't been able to fish them deep, but I think they would be excellent. Most of my fish have come in shallow water, within a few feet of the surface.

Hope this helps...
