Saturday, May 30 this tournament will be held to allow anglers from tournament trails to honor our Wounded Warriors from the Army and Marines in a tournament-style fishing event. It will take place at Smallwood State Park. Pre-registering boats/ anglers through Ken Kirk at 775-313-3640/ or Jeremiah Catlin at 301-905-6278 is encouraged. Event will start at 0700 that day and tournament-style weigh-in will begin at 2:30pm. I forgot to announce the location for this event: it is in Maryland on the Potomac River. If you're familiar with the location, the ESPN Bassmaster series has fished out of the Smallwood State Park facilities several times. The tournament series on the river this season have been producing several 25lb bags. Should be a great event!
