I have a whole video series done by Ray Scott on building your own lake or pond... In the video he shows step by step how he built his lake. He even shows footage from when the Bassmasters fished a tournament there. Rick Clunn caught a monster that day which was the B.A.S.S. record for the largest bass ever caught (not sure if the record stands today).

Great video... it also teaches you a lot about the forage and bass relationship.
