Atlantic Bassmasters TX Results 11/6/2010 Candlewood Lake



A cold and windy day feels a whole lot warmer when your catching quality fish. That's exactly what happened to the team of Neil DeStefano & Mike DePalma the tournament winners. While most of the field struggled; this pair, one of the clubs best, were fortunate enough to have been able to locate a school of willing big smallmouth. When you weigh-in a sack that includes three (3) four (4) pound+ smallmouth including the tournament lunker a 5 lbs., 8 ozs. brute your body seems to heat up....just a bit.

The second place team of Pat Xiques and Sean Kelly Sr must have had a warm and fuzzy feeling as well. Their 18 lb.,13 oz limit while falling a few ounce short of the winners circle bested the third place team by over 6 pounds.

Congratulations guys on an outstanding day.

BTW....Neil and Mike took the progressive lunker pot. They walked away with over $1800 in winnings on the day. Nice
