Anyone fished Charles or Mystic River in Boston

I will be fishing a tournament on the charles and mystic rivers in Boston in september of 2012, I am wondering if anyone has fished these waters before and if you could give me any tips. I am not from the area at all and have no idea where to start there.

I've fished the Charles River in the Waltham/Newton area but never have fished the Mystic River. If you're fishing at the mouth of the river in Boston, I don't think I can help but if you are in the Waltham/Newton area I may be able to give you some tips.
