Happy Thanksgiving
HAPPY THANKSGIVING,
As I was getting dressed this morning at 0500hrs to go to work I was walking aroung cussing at the fact that I had to work on Thanksgiving when my wife told me to be thankful that I had a job! You know she was right.
There are so many things to be thankful for that sometimes we just need a little reminding now and then of what a wonderful country we live in, and just how thankful we should be that we have all the things that we do.
Were else in the world gets to share the information that we do on something that most consider a hobby? Where else in the world do they have the freedom to persue the things that they like to do? Where else in the world do people get to dream of doing what they love as a living? NOT MANY!!
I hope and pray that we can continue these freedom that sometimes we take for granted. I for one and very THANKFUL!!
HAVE A SAFE AND WONDERFUL HOLIDAY SEASON. MAY WE ALL GET WHAT WE WISH FOR AND WHILE YOUR AT IT SAY A LITTLE PRAYER FOR THOSE THAT ARE NOT A FORTUNATE AS US!!

Don't feel bad Conley, I know how you feel. I got up at 0330 to be at work at 0600 and I don't get off shift until 0630 Friday(two years in a row). I am however also thankful to have a good job. Unfortunately this year I get to work the same shift on Christmas I don't think my kids will be very happy with me then. They don't seem to remember the Holiday's I spent away when I was active duty, but I do. I am thankful I am not one of our brothers and sisters who are over seas this year living in hostile and far less than standard conditions and I pray this holiday finds them safe and making the best of a bad situation! With any luck those still stuck over their come home safely and soon. Happy Thanksgiving to all!
