2013 fishing license fees

Just got my 2013 CA freshwater license today. $45.93 up only $1.08 from last year, not bad.
Did not go in for the two pole fee.
I'm planning on fishing at Castaic Lagoon on Thursday. From all the reports I've been reading the bass have begun to bite in the prespawn mode now.
Will be spending most of my time along the riprap at the south end of the lagoon since I do not have a parking pass yet I will be hoofing it in from the fire station.
