Windy Weather

I am wondering about windy conditions. Sometimes it baffles me in catching fish. What are some ways to catch bass on really windy days. Where do you fish? What do you fish? What points of the pond should I look into for catching fish? Do I go shallow or deep? With it being spring, I need to hone my skills in this department. We all know that spring is a tough time on bass fishermen.
