Fluoro Leader Question

Does it defeat the purpose to buy/use pre-made Fluorocarbon Leaders with the swivels .. How much , if at all, does the 2 metal ends of a pre made fluorocarbon leader affect presentation?

Joe, what do you hope to accomplish with the Fluoro-leader? I don't use leaders for any type fishing.

Ive read in few other forums that using a fluoro leader attached to ur mono or braid, say like a 30# fluor leader to a 12# mono= will be effective for 2 things- presentation and less bite offs.. the lo vis of the fluoro will give the lure a better presentation. I've seen one company make them, found them at cabelas..
