Hi guys,
I am looking for any info anyone is willing to give up about Patoka Lake. I am hopeful that I will qualify for the Bassmaster Series Regional on Patoka in October. Being from Michigan I don't know anything about the lake other than it is a man-made reservoir.
Things like depth, water levels, average tournament winning bag, water color, current, smallmouth-largemouth, timber, vegatation, certain areas that produce in late fall, baits, color, etc. would be very appreciated.
I know we don't like giving up this kind of stuff but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.
Thanks,
Shad

The Patoka area is mostly clear water with some shallow weed areas and some standing timber in the feeder creeks. Shad is a big baitfish source there. It has some deep water in the main lake, deep enough for a striper fishery there.
Hope that helps. ther is a Hot Spots map for the lake.
